If you have a medical condition you’re going to need some paperwork:
Diabetic condition, high blood pressure - bring in list of medications and prescribing doctor's name
If you have heart problems please bring in your latest stress test or release from your cardiologist.
List all the prescription medications that you are on with strength and dosages along with any over the counter medicines.

On the day of the physical:
Make sure that you take your prescribed medication on schedule, especially if you take blood pressure medication.
Cut back on caffeine, nicotine, and salty foods to help improve your blood pressure.
If your blood pressure is too high, request that it be rechecked later that appointment or the following day.
Don't forget to bring reading glasses if you need them.
Drink water because you will be giving a sample.
